Notes:
We can offer fresh or frozen fillets, salted or not, sliced and packaged individually. Also we can offer Sliced Salted Salmon with different packing forms and weight.

Details:

  2. Specifications: skin on/off, boneless, whole or sliced, available from Trim A to Trim E, salted or not;
  3. Weight: 600g- 2kg (as customer's requested);
  4. Packing Form: in vacuum, glazed in master carton or as requested.

SLICED SALMON (Salmo Salar)

Details:
  1. Quality: Superior, color 14+;
  2. Specifications: salted, lightly salted or as customer's requested; frozen or fresh;
  3. Weight: from 100g to a whole packaged fillet (2 kg) or as requested by customer;
  4. Packing Form: the vacuum packages are available in the different sizes or as requested.

FROZEN SALMON PORTIONS (Salmo Salar) in VACUUM

Details:
  1. Quality: Superior, color 14+;
  2. Specifications: boneless, skin on/off, fat line as requested, available with salt or without;
  3. Weight-controlled fillet portions, various sizes available; For example : 4 x 125g=500g; 2 x 125g = 250g (and others weight/size options);
  4. Packing Form: frozen portions available vacuum packed or 9 kg per master carton vacuum packed.

FROZEN SALMON BELLIES (Salmo Salar)

Notes:
The belly flap of the salmon which can also be known as 'trim' is a long strip of salmon that is trimmed by hand at the filleting process, the belly comprises of skin, meat and fat, the belly of the salmon is one of the fattiest part of the salmon, which can be seen by the thicker fat lines, this makes this part of the salmon one of the highest in omega three oils.

  1. Specifications: We can supply salmon frozen bellies of different sizes, with different packing forms, salted or not;
  2. Packing Form: in vacuum 500g; in block 15-20 kg per master carton; or as requested by customer.

FROZEN SALMON SCRAPE MEAT (Salmo Salar)

Notes:
Skinless and boneless Salmon Meat which has been hand removed from the Salmon backbone. Low fat content and all red meat makes this product ideal for cooked sandwich fillers, recipe dishes, quiches, flans, and pies.
