Baltic Fish Union OÜ was founded in 2011 and locates in Tartu, Estonia. The company deals with production and can offer a wide range of Salmon products. Its products are sold for export to the international markets (European Union, etc).

Salmon products are manufactured in our own factory in Tartu. Our production facility is 2500 m², it has also 5680 m³ of freezer storage.

We maintain quality by purchasing fresh fish only from established and reliable suppliers and processing in accordance with strict HACCP and other quality standards and procedures. At the moment we buy Fresh Salmon only superior quality farmed on the best farms in Norway and Faroe Islands. The quality of raw material is confirmed by certificates.

Baltic Fish Union OÜ actively applies and constantly develops/updates HACCP and monitoring system of food safety. We are currently in process of acquiring ISO 22000:2005 certificate. Although our company is new, we are pleased to inform you that our employees are well-trained, have a great experience in the processing of Salmon/Trout and fully aware of the many issues impacting food quality and food safety. All the stages of our production are monitored to ensure good quality. We are fully compliant with EU regulations and our Total Quality food safety program conforms to international standards.

We always try to be flexible by meeting the wishes of the clients. We produce according to the clients' recipes and, if the clients wish, we use their package design and brands. The equipment of our factory allows high quality fish processing, according to our client's wishes and instructions.
